Contact me, your Broker with your new address so I can help you with changing Medicare coverage if necessary!
I will make sure to determine if your Part D prescription drug plan or your Medicare Advantage Plan needs to be changed. The Supplement/Medigap policy remains in effect no matter where you live!
Contact the company that you have the Supplement/Medigap policy with your new address.
Contact Social Security either by phone or if you have a login account to SSA.gov
Login into Medicare.gov and change your address. Under Manage my Account: click on Report your change of address.
